PLEASE NOTE:
1)
The system allows a maximum of 4 persons per
appointment on condition that they are IMMEDIATE MEMBERS OF THE SAME FAMILY (father, mother,
children). A family of 6 (father, mother + 4 children) has to book
two(2) appointment "time slots" (4+2). Any other
applicant, who is not a member of a family (cousins, friends,
co-workers....), must reserve an
individual time slot!
2) THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ACCEPT MULTIPLE BOOKINGS. IN CASE OF MULTIPLE BOOKINGS ALL YOUR APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELLED. IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE USE THE 'MODIFY' FUNCTION BY
