PLEASE NOTE: The Consulate has relocated to the 12th floor of 1900 Avenue of the Stars, Los Angeles (CA), 90067. We are open to the public Mon., Tue.,Wed., & Fri. from 09:00 to 12:30 - On Wed. we are also open in the afernoon from 14:00 to 15:30. We are closed on Thu.

The Visa Office of the Italian Consulate General in Los Angeles will schedule a max of 14 appointments (+/- 15 mins each) for the mornings (09:00 to 12:30) of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday. A max of 6 time slots will be allocated for Wednesday afternoon (14:00 to 15:30). The Consulate will be closed to the public on Thursday.
PLEASE NOTE: "maximum of 4 persons per appointment" ONLY (we repeat ONLY) applies to MEMBERS OF THE SAME FAMILY (father, mother, children), not friends or co-workers!!! As an example,a family of 6 (father, mother + 4 children) has to book two (2) appointment "time slots" (4+2). Any other applicant who is not a member of a family must reserve and individual time slot.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to apply for a visa, your passport must have been issued within the last ten years. A passport older than ten years that has been extendend for a period ecceeding ten years from the time of issuance cannot be accepted.

ITALIAN PASSPORTS
 

L’Ufficio Passaporti del Consolato Generale d’Italia in Los Angeles ha a disposizione un massimo di 7 appuntamenti (30 minuti ciascuno tra le ore 09:00 e le ore 12:30) nei seguenti giorni: Lunedi, Martedì, Mercoldi, Venerdi. E’ possibile richiedere un appuntamento anche per il pomeriggio del Mercoldi (n. 3 appuntamenti, dalle ore 14:00 alle ore 15:30). Il Consolato e’ chiuso al pubblico il Giovedi’.
ATTENZIONE: A SEGUITO DELLA ENTRATA IN FUNZIONE DEL SISTEMA DI RILEVAZIONE DI IMPRONTE DIGITALI, DURANTE UN APPUNTAMENTO SARA' POSSIBILE TRATTARE QUESTIONI RIGUARDANTI IL PASSAPORTO DI UNA SOLA PERSONA. OGNI PERSONA HA BISOGNO QUINDI DI UN APPUNTAMENTO DI MEZZ'ORA. AD ESEMPIO, UNA FAMIGLIA DI QUATTRO PERSONE HA BISOGNO DI 4 (QUATTRO) SEPARATI APPUNTAMENTI DI MEZZ'ORA CIASCUNO.

NOTARY 		  

1) L’appuntamento e’ riservato esclusivamente per la firma dei documenti che l’Addetto Notarile ha gia’ preparato.
2)Prima di prenotare un appuntamento e’ necessario contattare l’Ufficio Notarile al seguente indirizzo email: notarile.losangeles@esteri.it con l’indicazione del servizio richiesto (ad es. Procura Generale, Procurale Speciale, Atto Notorio....).
3) SOLO dopo aver verificato tutti i documenti, l’Addetto Notarile inviera’ un email con la autorizzazione a fissare l’appuntamento. Si prega di conservare copia di questo email che andra’ presentato al momento dell’appuntamento
4) L’Addetto Notarile includera’ nell’email un NUMERO DI RIFERIMENTO  con sei (6) cifre. Questo numero e’ estremamente importante. Senza di esso non sara’ possibile prenotare o modificare un appuntamento.
